They have the experience and expertise to explain cross connections and backflow related situations as they actually are in the field.
Fred Baird, Chief Technical
Consultant and Lead Instructor, developed and enforced San Antonio's Cross
Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program and has trained and worked
with utility operators, engineers, plumbers, irrigators, fire line contractors
and others for over 35 years. His knowledge and experience with cross
connection control and backflow prevention is passed on to enforcement agencies
and testers. Problem solving difficult cross connection or backflow related
situations is Bac-Flo Unlimited's specialty.
Troy Baird has been involved in the backflow prevention industry for 14 years. He is a master plumber, University of Southern California Certified Tester and state certified Water Supply Protection Specialist. Troy is an American Backflow Prevention Association Certified Proctor and maintains an ABPA Tester's License. He actively tests and repairs backflow prevention assemblies and has been directly involved in recycle water separation assurance testing and the associated cross connection surveys, shut-down and dye testing.
Bruce Rathburn has been associated with the Backflow Prevention industry for over 16 years. Bruce is current ABPA Region IV Director (TX, AK, OK, LA.). He holds an ABPA National Proctors license and maintains an ABPA Tester's License.
Bac-Flo® Unlimited's focus is cross connection control and backflow prevention. A wide variety of backflow prevention related services are offered and can be tailored to meet the needs of water purveyors, plumbing inspection departments, facilities or individuals.
